Patrick, An Orlando resident, had his dog Zoe stolen two years ago. Now they are back together. The poor dog was found dirty and with matted fur in an evicted apartment. The Southeast Volusia Humane Society could trace Patricks ownership info from a microchip. From the picture below you could see it was an emotional reunion for both Patrick and Zoe the dog.
